Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for senior leadership.
• 15+ years in commercial management or contract negotiation in construction or real estate.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects and contracts.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Leadership with focus on developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with commercial management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with objectives for major projects.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for favorable terms.
