Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 in Riyadh seeks a Development Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of commercial office assets within the Commercial Office Business Unit. You will manage projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and development standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, MBA, Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Development or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, design management or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of commercial office projects from concept through handover.
• Prepare development briefs, execution plans, budgets, schedules and business cases.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants to meet business, operational and commercial objectives.
• Drive governance, approvals and stakeholder alignment with internal and external parties.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance to achieve objectives.
• Support procurement activities including tender strategies and contract awards.
• Manage consultants and contractors and handle variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Commercial, Leasing, Operations, Finance and Legal for successful execution.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance and smooth asset handover to end users.
