The role requires 7–10 years in residential development, a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Architecture/Construction Management (Master’s preferred), and proven leadership with stakeholders across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in residential development management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering residential projects with understanding of all development phases.
• Strong background in Middle East real estate markets.
• Exceptional project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development process for residential projects.
• Engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning.
• Supervise project teams with architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders for approvals.
• Monitor market trends and best practices to meet current and future demands.
• Deliver project updates to senior management.
