Job summary

• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, feasibility analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in commercial real estate development, who can drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s overall vision and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects, including planning, design, construction, and delivery.
• Develop and implement effective strategies that optimize project performance, profitability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of development plans.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and enhance commercial viability.
• Oversee budget management, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control throughout all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to add value to Qiddiya’s commercial office portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably with a focus on office spaces.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
