Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management or Finance. Master's preferred; MBA/MSc highly desirable.
• 10+ years of development experience with minimum 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments; strong client-side background.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct
• Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design procurement delivery activation and operational readiness
• Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance and placemaking outcomes
