Qualifications

Job description

The Senior Manager - Development will help lead the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm public spaces retail food amp beverage commercial office lifestyle civic mobility and destination assets The role will help lead development strategy business planning design governance commercial structuring stakeholder management investment readiness and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial operational placemaking and long-term value creation objectives The role requires an experienced development professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences creating vibrant activated destinations that support economic growth community engagement and long-term asset performance.

Education

Experience

10+ years of development experience. Minimum 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments. Proven client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments. Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery. Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and project teams. Significant exposure to large-scale developments in the GCC preferred. Experience with giga-projects, sovereign development entities, or master developers highly desirable.
