Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design for a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. You will oversee architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and landscape design, ensuring quality, coordination, and alignment with schedule and budget.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, drive design reviews, manage design teams, and resolve technical challenges to deliver a successful project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in design and construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a Design Manager or leadership role on major developments.
• Experience with large-scale mixed-use developments, urban development schemes, hospitality projects, or major infrastructure developments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design activities for a large mixed-use development, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Provide direction to design consultants, engineering specialists, and drafting teams.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, infrastructure, and landscaping designs for consistency.
• Oversee design deliverables across project phases and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead design reviews and constructability assessments to ensure quality and feasibility.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve technical issues during execution.
