Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design Management, or related technical field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in multidisciplinary design projects.
• Experience as Senior Design Manager or equivalent with leadership of large teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct multidisciplinary design activities across projects and workstreams.
• Establish design vision and translate client objectives into delivery requirements.
• Develop and implement the Design Execution Plan.
• Define design management procedures, workflows, and approval routes.
• Integrate design with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Lead design reviews and technical workshops to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate BIM coordination and design information with construction teams.
• Maintain alignment between design development and construction sequencing.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Design Leads and teams.
