Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Delivery Manager - External Areas in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead the delivery of external works across a major development program. You will coordinate interfaces between civil, utilities, landscaping, and public realm packages, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role requires strong leadership to align multiple teams, manage schedules, and drive handovers while maintaining HSE and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.
• Experience coordinating multiple external construction packages and interfaces.
• Knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, landscaping, and public realm works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of external works and infrastructure across project areas.
• Coordinate packages involving public realm, roads, utilities, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, lighting.
• Monitor schedules, quality, and HSE obligations.
• Coordinate interfaces between external works and buildings, transportation, and utility networks.
• Lead regular delivery meetings and track actions.
• Monitor progress against baselines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to resolve design interfaces and constructability concerns.
• Support commercial teams with construction records and variations.
