Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a fully remote role based in Saudi Arabia. You will tackle high-volume, real-time identification with noisy data, combining ML, statistics, and backend engineering to deliver production-ready services.

You will own projects from research to deployment, collaborate across teams, and shape data-driven practices while working in a distributed, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience spanning machine learning, data science, and backend development or closely related engineering disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and statistical methodologies.
• Strong practical experience with supervised learning, including gradient boosting and high-cardinality categorical data.
• Hands-on experience with semi-supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Strong exploratory data analysis and creative problem-solving skills with incomplete, noisy, or unlabeled data.
• Proven experience developing real-time machine learning services with model inference and production integration.
• Ability to translate ML models into real-time web services and production-ready solutions.
• Excellent coding and software engineering skills, including SQL, Git, CI/CD, IDEs, and shell scripting.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate in a distributed international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven algorithms using raw, noisy, and unlabeled data to improve browser and device identification capabilities.
• Design and implement supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised ML approaches, including high-cardinality data handling.
• Own data science initiatives end to end from problem definition to production deployment.
• Design experiments and solutions for real-time inference and model-to-service integration.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to investigate business questions and evaluate model performance.
• Develop practical approaches for data collection when labeled data is limited or unavailable.
• Share tools and best practices to foster a data-driven culture within engineering teams.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to turn ML concepts into production services.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation with advance scheduling to minimize disruption.
