Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist based in Saudi Arabia for a fully remote role focusing on improving browser and device identification in a high-volume, real-time platform.

You will own projects from research to production, collaborating with data science and engineering to deploy reliable services. The role emphasizes advanced ML, statistical analysis, experimentation, and backend integration, with on-call rotation and global collaboration in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, and backend development or related engineering disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of ML fundamentals and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with supervised learning and high-cardinality data.
• Experience with semi-supervised/unsupervised learning.
• Experience building real-time ML services and model-to-service integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven algorithms using noisy/unlabeled data to improve browser/device identification.
• Design and implement supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised ML approaches for high-cardinality data.
• Own DS initiatives from problem definition to production deployment and real-time integration.
• Design experiments for real-time inference, model-service integration, and training automation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to answer business and technical questions.
