Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and evolve large-scale, customer-facing infrastructure. You will own core subsystems end-to-end, from architecture through production operations, driving improvements in reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with product engineering, security, and DevOps teams to scale services, mentor engineers, and promote pragmatic engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering, preferably cloud-based environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of cloud fundamentals, networking, Kubernetes/EKS, and distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Go or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own a core infrastructure product or subsystem end to end from design to operation.
• Design systems for scalability, reliability, and security while controlling costs.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team architectural decisions.
