Job summary

Acuative Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale cybersecurity and ICT programs in Riyadh. You will oversee initiation through handover, coordinating cybersecurity deployments with construction activities, site readiness, MEP, and infrastructure development.

You will act as the primary liaison among customers, technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, CS, PM, or related discipline.
• 10+ years PM experience in ICT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordination with construction, civil works, MEP, and site infra teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise ICT.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks and contractual deliverables.
• PMP or equivalent certification; PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity and ICT projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress and address delays and delivery challenges.
• Manage scope, change requests, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate with construction and infrastructure workstreams.
• Coordinate between customers, technical teams, vendors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance against commitments.
• Maintain communication with customer representatives and senior management.
• Drive issue resolution and timely escalation of critical matters.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and dashboards.
• Manage project acceptance, handover, and final closure.
