Job summary

Innovative Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects. You will oversee multiple initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and financial oversight, with experience guiding projects from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, or IT.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability.
Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members.
