Job summary

Innovative Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with executive stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of PM experience in cybersecurity or IT, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with AI-powered planning tools to boost productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business
• Minimum 5+ years PM experience, preferably in Cybersecurity/IT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Familiar with AI-powered planning tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, obligations, and client expectations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients for seamless execution.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
