We are seeking a Sr Counsel to join the Subsidiary Secretariat & Governance Legal Practice, within the Law Organization's Corporate Secretariat function. particularly with respect to providing corporate secretarial support of subsidiary and affiliated entities.
Subsidiary Secretariat & Governance Legal Practice serve as the corporate secretary for wholly-owned, in-Kingdom subsidiaries (other attorneys will provide legal and commercial support to the same), providing guidance and advice on corporate governance matters, and handle a broad spectrum of related matters that confront a global energy company with hundreds of subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, etc.
