Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost budgets and cashflow forecasts with change management.
• Monitor contractor progress, verify costs, and prepare accruals.
• Incorporate approved trends into EAC and budget for cost/quantities.
• Prepare routine performance reports and studies for management.
• Maintain open communications to support cost engineering analysis.
