A Saudi company manufacturing electrical products and delivering engineering, procurement and construction services is seeking a senior cost control professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for complex projects in the Building Systems sector.

You will lead cost management across labor, materials, and subcontractors, apply Earned Value Management, and drive corrective actions to keep financial targets on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years experience in cost management and budgeting for large projects.
• Knowledge of WBS, subcontractor cost management, and variation management.
• Experience supporting PMO reporting for construction and real estate projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and maintenance of project budgets including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor expenditures vs budgets, analyze variances, and report to management.
• Prepare cost forecasts, assess financial risks, and implement cost controls.
• Manage change to scope and budget with proper documentation and approvals.
• Apply EVM techniques to evaluate cost performance and deviations.
• Coordinate with Planning to align timelines with budget constraints.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and management presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
