Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Cost Control Manager to oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting across project lifecycles. You will implement EVM, monitor CBS, and coordinate with commercial and engineering teams to quantify cost impacts.

The role requires 8–12 years in cost control on major infrastructure projects, GCC or Saudi experience preferred. You will partner with project leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and proactive cost mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Civil/Construction).
• Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of cost control experience on major construction projects, GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and cost control systems.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts, cash flows, and periodic cost reports.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
• Support change control, cost assessments, and commercial recommendations.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to quantify cost impacts.
