Job summary

Brainstorm Headhunting Specialist is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer for a major EPC/construction project in Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia. You will monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost performance while supporting project controls and optimization.

Required: 5–9 years in cost control, civil engineering degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with EVM and BOQ analysis. Saudi project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering field.
• 5–9 years in cost control/project controls on EPC/construction projects.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, EVM, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project budgets, costs and expenditures.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Track actual costs against budgets and flag overruns.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Perform BOQ and cost-code analyses.
• Prepare EAC and ETC updates.
• Support EVM and project reporting.
• Track commitments, invoices and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Finance and Project teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost-control reports.
