Job summary

Responsibilities include EVM analysis, SAP-based tracking, Excel modelling, and PMO reporting to support project decisions. Strong coordination with planning teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 6–15 years of cost management experience on construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience with EVM, CPI, and cost performance analysis.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Excel; dashboarding with Power BI.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of project budgets across labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor expenditures; analyze variances and report to senior management.
• Prepare cost forecasts; assess financial risk and implement controls.
• Manage scope/budget changes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Apply Earned Value Management to evaluate cost performance.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to align timelines with budgets.
• Produce periodic cost reports and presentations for decision-making.
