Job summary

iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) seeks an experienced Contracts & Procurement Lead to oversee end-to-end contracting and procurement for a major industrial project in Jubail. You will manage the full lifecycle from requisition through close-out, developing contracting strategies and leading tendering, evaluation, and award processes.

Collaborating with Engineering, Project, Finance, Logistics and HSEQ teams, you will ensure compliance with local content, IKTVA and Saudi standards, monitor KPIs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Contracts and Procurement.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia.
• Professional procurement/contracts certification or accreditation such as MCIPS, CPSM, CPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting and procurement lifecycle for a major industrial project.
• Develop contracting strategies (lump-sum, unit-rate, and other models) and lead tendering, bid meetings and contract award.
• Review contracts for commercial, legal and technical compliance; resolve contract issues and disputes.
• Manage supplier/contractor performance, monitor delivery, and identify root causes of delays.
• Advise stakeholders on strategy, risk, market conditions and supplier capability.
• Develop and monitor procurement and contracting KPIs, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead or support ERP/contract management platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Procon).
