Job summary

DataVolt seeks a senior procurement leader to manage the full lifecycle of EPC contracts, subcontracts and OEM packages for assigned projects in Saudi Arabia. You will own procurement strategy, RFP development, governance and award processes, coordinating technical, commercial and contractual inputs to deliver market-ready packages.

You will build competitive contractor/supplier fields, manage prequalification, negotiations and BAFOs, and translate terms into robust contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering or related discipline.
10 years EPC project procurement or major construction sourcing experience.
Proven experience leading EPC tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award.
Strong knowledge of data centres, power utilities, industrial infrastructure.
Ability to manage multiple live tenders with governance and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle procurement of EPC contracts, major subcontracts and OEM packages.
Own project procurement strategy, market engagement, RFP development, tender governance and award.
Coordinate technical, commercial, contractual and execution requirements to ensure market readiness.
Prepare executive award recommendations and hand over scope, price commitments, deviations, risks and actions.
Maintain complete procurement records with traceability and approvals.
Lead market engagement, prequalification, clarifications and BAFO processes.
Ensure packages secure OEM capacity commitments and commercial terms.
