Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead all contract administration, commercial governance, and change management across projects. You will safeguard contractual interests, coordinate with legal and commercial teams, and guide project leadership on obligations under FIDIC-based contracts.

The role requires extensive experience in contract administration and strong leadership, with exposure to major projects in the Gulf region.

Qualifications

MRICS, MCIArb, or equivalent accreditation preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
Master's Degree in Construction Law, Commercial Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Project Management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the administration of all contracts associated with the client and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Interpret contract terms and provide contractual guidance to project leadership and teams.
Develop and implement contract administration procedures and governance frameworks.
Monitor performance against contractual commitments and maintain contract registers.
