Job summary

Hill International in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead Contracts Administrator to support the commercial and project delivery teams. You will maintain contract registers, administer correspondence and notices, and coordinate start-up, amendments and close-out for a major roads portfolio.

Strong leadership and senior contract management experience are required. Knowledge of FIDIC, and membership in RICS/CIArb/CIPS/ICE are preferred; Oracle Unifier and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, law or commerce.
• At least 15 years in contract administration, commercial management or contract management on major infrastructure/construction work (roads/highways).
• Knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms.
• Membership of RICS, CIArb, CIPS or ICE preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Unifier and SAP.
• Giga-project or public sector governance experience is a plus.
• Project duration of five months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate contract registers and administer contractual correspondence, notices and approvals.
• Monitor milestones, obligations and deliverables and ensure compliance with securities, warranties and insurance.
• Coordinate contract start-up, amendments, renewals, extensions and close-out.
• Act as the first point of contact on administration matters across the project.
• Provide leadership and guidance to contracts administrators and support staff.
