Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead cost control, valuation, and commercial administration across infrastructure projects.

You will measure and quantify works, prepare take-offs, monitor budgets, review payments, and manage variations, while ensuring compliance with FIDIC contracts.

The role requires experience on major infra projects, GCC exposure, and professional membership would be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• MRICS/APC, AIQS, CIQS, ICE membership preferred.
• Additional qualifications in Commercial Management or Construction Law are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify construction works per contract and drawings.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and verify quantities with contractors.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Review interim payments and support variation assessments.
• Coordinate with site teams to confirm work completion.
• Assist in final accounts and tender/bid evaluations.
