Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 15–17 years of experience in contract administration/ commercial management.
• Experience in hospitality/hotel developments is highly important.
• MRICS or MCIArb qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with obligations, milestones, notices and deliverables.
• Manage variations, claims and amendments from identification to implementation.
• Review PVNs, PVRs, Change Orders, Variation Orders and substantiation.
• Coordinate with legal or specialists on complex issues.
