Job summary

Hill International, Inc is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in Saudi Arabia with a minimum of 15 years’ experience to lead contract management on large-scale projects. You will draft, negotiate, implement, and ensure compliance, working with legal, finance and project teams to align terms with company objectives.

The role requires pricing, contract law, drafting and dispute resolution expertise, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts management including overall responsibility for contract management on large-scale projects.
  • Experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling.
  • Thorough knowledge of prime contracts management administration as well as (sub) contract formation and administration, execution office and field procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
  • Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management to ensure terms align with policies and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines for timely completion.
  • Identify and resolve contract-related issues or disputes promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with obligations and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes.
  • Inform themselves of Hill International's policies and ensures compliance while employed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
