• 15+ years of experience in contracts management on large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to draft, negotiate, and administer contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Support managing the entire contract lifecycle from drafting to compliance.
• Review terms to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and PMO to align terms with policy and objectives.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Resolve contract-related issues or disputes efficiently.
