Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies, Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Contracts Leader to own the project’s contractual and commercial strategy. You will guide negotiations with the Client and consortium partners, manage change orders, and shape risk and entitlement positions across major issues.

You will lead bid strategy, EOT cost claims, and dispute resolution while ensuring compliance with FIDIC-based contracts and local regulations. Saudi-based leadership role with high visibility.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of contracts management on large EPC/industrial projects.
• 4–5 years in a senior, client-facing contractual leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of international contract forms (FIDIC Yellow/Silver).
• Experience shaping contractual strategy, not just administering it.
• Experience leading EOT and cost claims, including disputes.
• Desirable experience in Middle East regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall contractual and commercial strategy for the project.
• Lead interpretation of complex contractual provisions and response strategy.
• Direct preparation and negotiation of Variation/Change Orders.
• Oversee contract administration, notices, and compliance.
• Lead dispute resolution processes and negotiations with Client leadership.
• Provide senior oversight on subcontractor claims and performance.
