Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned contracts leader to own the contractual and commercial strategy for large EPC projects, advising senior leadership on position, risk and entitlement.

You will lead high-stakes negotiations with clients and consortium partners, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and oversee change orders, EOTs, and compliance, including FIDIC-based frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Executive-level communication and credibility with senior clients.
• Advanced negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience with multi-party consortium dynamics and complex contracts.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contractual and commercial strategy for projects.
• Negotiate variations, claims, and disputes with clients and consortium partners.
• Oversee contract administration, notices, milestones, and compliance.
• Direct the preparation and defense of EOT/cost claims and change orders.
• Mentor the contracts team and report to senior leadership.
