Job summary

Abunayyan Holding seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across major projects including EPC, EPCM, and water/wastewater ventures in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 15+ years in contracts with at least 5 in a senior capacity, and strong FIDIC, JV/consortium, and dispute-resolution expertise within the GCC region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of contracts and commercial management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior/lead capacity.
• Water, wastewater, desalination, or heavy industrial EPC/EPCM project experience.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and standard contracts.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and GCC regulatory framework.
• Experience negotiating high-value contracts and JV/consortium agreements.
• Experience in claims, entitlement analysis, dispute resolution, adjudication/arbitration.
• Professional certifications such as MCIArb, MRICS, CCM/FCCM preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across major and complex projects, including EPC, EPCM, O&M, joint venture, consortium, and framework arrangements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management, including at least 5 years in a senior/lead capacity
• Strong background in Water, Wastewater, Desalination, or heavy industrial EPC/EPCM projects
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract
• Strong knowledge of the contractual and regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
• Proven experience negotiating and administering high-value contracts, JV and consortium agreements
• Strong experience in claims, entitlement analysis, dispute resolution, adjudication, and/or arbitration
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications/memberships such as MCIArb, MRICS, CCM/FCCM are highly preferred
