Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a senior Contracts Leader responsible for strategic contract oversight across EPC/industrial projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Law or Contract Management preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years in contracts management on large EPC/industrial projects with senior client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall contractual and commercial strategy for the project and advise leadership on positioning and risk.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations on variations, claims and disputed positions ensuring entitlement protection.
• Oversee all contractual correspondence and maintain contract register and compliance.
• Direct the preparation and negotiation of Variation Orders/Change Orders with cross-functional teams.
• Lead dispute resolution processes and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
