Job summary

Sccsinternational in Riyadh invites a senior contracts and commercial lead to oversee contract administration, warranties, bonds and licenses on a mixed-use development delivered by an integrated team. You will manage valuations, variations, cost control and reporting to preserve financial integrity through the project lifecycle, and supervise claims evaluation and certification.

The role requires a degree in QS or equivalent, RICS membership, and at least 20 years of experience, including 7 in

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management or cost management, or equivalent.
• Professional membership of the RICS.
• Twenty years of experience administering contracts and running large, complex projects.
• Seven years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds and licenses and see them through execution.
• Lead teams and cost consultants, driving performance to indicators and continuous improvement.
• Manage valuations, variations, cost control and reporting to maintain financial integrity.
• Evaluate claims, oversee contract completion and certification processes.
• Improve systems and processes applying good practice and lessons learned.
