Responsibilities

• Advise on contractual obligations.
• Lead risk allocation and entitlement discussions.
• Drive claims prevention and resolution strategies.
• Assess claims, variations, extensions of time and commercial submissions.
• Provide commercial risk advice, negotiation support and stakeholder guidance.
• Maintain governance, records and compliance across contract administration.
• Manage valuations, variations, payments and claims through to completion.
