Hill International in Saudi Arabia seeks a commercial support professional to administer professional services contracts. You will review and validate consultant and project management invoices, reconcile with timesheets and agreed rates, and coordinate requisitions and purchase orders.

You will maintain contract registers and trackers, support variations, and work with finance and procurement to keep approvals moving, contribute to monthly reconciliation and budget monitoring, and maintain

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, commercial management or a relevant discipline
• Seven years in contract administration or commercial support
• Experience with professional services contracts on infrastructure or construction projects

Responsabilités

• Review, validate and process consultant and project management invoices against contracts and reconcile with timesheets and attendance records
• Coordinate purchase requisitions and support raising/amending purchase orders
• Maintain contract registers, trackers and reports showing contract values and expenditure
• Support contract variations, amendments and change requests
• Work with finance and procurement to keep invoice approvals and payments moving
• Contribute to monthly financial reconciliation and budget monitoring
• Maintain records of commercial correspondence and contract documentation
