Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead the administration of complex agreements across project lifecycles in Riyadh. You will ensure adherence to contractual obligations, provide strategic commercial guidance, and lead negotiation and resolution of claims with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The role involves EOTs, variation assessments, and proactive risk management, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Construction Law, Commercial Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract/commercial management, procurement, or construction administration.
• Extensive experience with major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, or giga-project contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of complex client, consultant, supplier, and subcontractor agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, conditions, and deliverables by all parties.
• Lead negotiations and resolution of contractual claims and change orders.
• Manage EOT submissions, variation requests, and commercial entitlements.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance to project teams and senior management.
• Review project performance against contractual requirements and recommend corrective actions.
