You will manage RFP development, tendering, award processes, and post-contract administration while guiding risk, change management, and dispute resolution at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 15+ years in contract management or related domains for mega infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Direct full contract administration across lifecycle: RFP to closeout.
• Review procurement and tender docs for clarity and risk allocation.
• Identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies to protect margins.
• Lead negotiation and settlement of change orders and complex claims.
• Provide clear contractual advice to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Act as main commercial contact for clients, subcontractors, and legal teams.
• Monitor performance against budgets and milestones.
• Lead dispute resolution with legal and executive teams.
