The incumbent will collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to protect commercial interests and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance while delivering on budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead contracts and commercial teams on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of contract types (FIDIC, NEC) and change management processes.
• Experience with cost control, risk mitigation, and financial reporting.
• Ability to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and client obligations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for senior-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Administer complex contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke arrangements.
• Ensure contractual activities comply with obligations and Saudi laws.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for contract management activities.
• Develop and implement commercial and contract management strategies.
• Provide expert advice on contract interpretation and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with terms throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review change requests and manage change-control documentation.
• Lead negotiations involving significant contractual or commercial matters.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution with accurate records.
