Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years PM experience in design consultancy, architecture, or engineering.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with local regulations and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Define project timelines and budgets with stakeholders.
• Lead design teams, assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations.
• Coordinate resources and budgets to align with objectives.
• Ensure quality deliverables meet standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Report project status to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned.
