Egis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (pre-contract bias) to lead design projects with major clients. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets, while bridging creative teams and stakeholders.

The role requires coordinating talent, guiding staff, and implementing cost control measures across the project lifecycle. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within design consultancy, architecture, or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Project Management Institute PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project timelines, activities, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Lead design teams and manage resources across multidisciplinary projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives.
• Oversee quality assurance and risk management throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports; monitor expenditures.
