Qualifications

• 10+ years as General Manager in contracting or construction, with 20+ years in the field.
• Experience leading multiple teams and projects, handling major and government clients.
• Proven procurement control and supplier negotiations; fluent in Arabic and English; GCC experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leads, coaching and accountability for schedules, budgets, and quality across projects.
• Maintain executive relationships with major clients, manage escalations and negotiations.
• Oversee procurement plans and subcontractor contracts; make fast, practical decisions when projects hit trouble.
