Job summary

Nesma & Partners is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex projects from concept through completion in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, procurement, and site supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 10 years in construction with 4 years in managerial roles, and proven ability to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver results on time

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
10 years’ related experience with 4 years’ growing managerial accountability in similar roles.
Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction plans and processes aligned with operations strategy.
Coordinate estimates, resources, and budget with Project Manager for procurement.
Support subcontractor selection and on-site contract administration.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Allocate resources across sites to maximize utilization of material and manpower.
Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all sites.
