Job summary

SJ Group invites Expressions of Interest for a Project Director – Construction Supervision to lead major infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will drive delivery from planning through handover, guiding engineering, construction supervision, and commercial teams.

The role requires 20+ years delivering large projects, proven leadership, strong client relationships, and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance. GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 20+ years delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in construction supervision and project leadership.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder interfaces.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and claims.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
