Job summary

Compass Project Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale construction or infrastructure programs in the Riyadh region. You will oversee planning, execution, risk management, and financial governance across all stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• 12–15+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and contract administration
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Oversee planning, execution, risk, and financial management across all project stages
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management with recommended actions
• Oversee the delivery of large-scale projects from planning through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and potential challenges
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
• Provide strong financial oversight, including project cost and budget management
• Oversee contractual matters and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Provide effective project leadership and strategic direction
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive project efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement
• Proactively resolve project issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Ensure successful project delivery and achievement of overall project objectives
