General Manager – Construction Company Projects

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader to take charge of our project delivery. You will oversee our existing project leads, raise the standard of execution across the portfolio, act as the senior voice with our key clients, and take the day-to-day operational weight off the ownership. This is a leadership and oversight role, not a hands-on execution role.

What You Will Own

Leading, coaching, and holding accountable the project leads. Schedules, budgets, and quality across all projects. Executive relationships with major clients, including escalations and negotiations. Procurement plans and subcontractor contracts. Fast, practical decisions when projects hit trouble.

What We Are Looking For

At least 10 years as General Manager of a contracting or construction company, with 20+ years in the field overall. A proven record of running multiple teams and projects at once, managing major and government clients, and controlling procurement. Fluent Arabic and English. GCC experience is a strong advantage. An engineering or business degree; PMP preferred.

Above all: a calm, practical leader who earns respect through presence and judgment, and who can be trusted to run things without supervision.

How We Work

We are open to a model that suits you: one week in Riyadh and one week remote, a monthly visit of one to two weeks, or an agreed number of days per week. Travel and accommodation are covered.

Compensation

Flexible and competitive, shaped around the agreed engagement model: a fixed monthly fee, a day rate, or a fixed component plus performance incentives.
