Job summary

Amsy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Construction Manager to oversee multi-building projects in the Riyadh region. You will manage foremen, site engineers, labour, subcontractors, and drive production to meet the baseline programme.

Responsibilities include pre-construction reviews, resource and plant planning, safety leadership to meet HSE standards, coordinating with consultants, and delivering quality handovers with complete documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in site construction management; fit-out, heritage, or remote-site experience a strong plus.
• Track record running multi-building or multi-zone sites with lean supervision structures.
• Fluent reading of drawings, specifications, and BOQs; challenge subcontractor positions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain CPM-based site programmes with rolling three-week lookaheads.
• Run formal QA/QC: ITPs, material approvals, submittals, RFI management with traceability.
• Enforce HSE standards per OSHA/NEBOSH and Saudi regs; risk assessments and permits.
• Coordinate subcontractor interfaces via progress meetings and documented commitments.
• Maintain daily site diaries, manpower and plant returns, and as-built records.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover documentation to client acceptance.
• Control the cost of quality and drive first-time-right execution.
