Job summary

AMSY in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to lead the full site team—foremen, engineers, labour and subcontractors—and drive daily and weekly production against the baseline programme.

You will own on-site execution and pre-site readiness, conduct constructability reviews, plan resources and plant, coordinate with design and consultants, manage NCRs and punch lists, and ensure safe, compliant handovers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in site construction management at multi-building or remote sites.
• Strong capability in method statements and constructability.
• Fluent reading of drawings and specifications; able to challenge positions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain CPM-based site programmes with lookaheads.
• Run QA/QC with ITPs, approvals, submittals, RFI management.
• Apply HSE management to OSHA/NEBOSH and Saudi standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor interfaces via progress meetings and commitments.
• Maintain daily diaries, manpower, plant returns, and as-built records.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover documentation to client.
• Control cost of quality and drive first-time-right delivery.
