AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to support the delivery of a prestigious large-scale development project in Riyadh. You will supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and health and safety requirements.

Working closely with the Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, contractors and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide technical oversight, monitor site execution, verify progress and facilitate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in construction and site supervision.
• Minimum 5 years as Construction Engineer on major building projects.
• Experience with large-scale buildings, hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with QA/QC, site supervision, and construction contracts (FIDIC).
• English fluency required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities among contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Review methodologies, method statements and technical submissions.
• Monitor progress to align with approved schedules and milestones.
• Identify risks and issues and propose solutions.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated delivery.
• Support QA/QC and HSE compliance.
