Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead all contractual matters for assigned projects from drafting through final execution. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and 15+ years' experience in construction contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of contracts management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and construction agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• CCM or CPCM certification preferred.
• Middle East construction sector experience desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
• Vision 2030 awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects from drafting to final execution
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and monitor contract performance
• Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration
• Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company s interests
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completion
